Concurrently with CNS Matthew is also Chief Development Officer of Incucomm, a communications venturing and consulting firm. Prior to founding Incucomm, Matthew has held a variety of executive positions including CEO of Hurricane Consulting, a consultancy focused on the telecom and energy sectors, and Vice President of Crown Financial, an investment bank. Matthew's years working in advanced telecommunications technologies and strategic consulting enable him to lend unique and valuable business insight to clients.

Arnie is a world-class communications technologist with the capability to translate complex technology into practical business requirements. Prior to founding CNS, Arnie's 30-plus years of experience included assignments as CTO of EMEA for SBC, co-founder of SBC Labs and head of SBC's wireless data strategy. Arnie has a deep understanding of designing, integrating, deploying and managing complex technology environments making him an invaluable resource to our customers.

Over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT markets heading sales and professional services for startup and multi-national companies. Prior to founding CNS Brian headed professional services for Marconi Wireless, an international wireless services firm. Brian has also held a variety of management positions for companies such as Motorola, General Electric, and California Microwave. Brian's deep knowledge of both wireline and wireless networks makes him uniquely positioned to assist customers in architecting solutions to solve business and technology issues.

Larry has over 25 years of operations and marketing leadership. He has shown in both large and startup companies a capability to implement industry leading process driven operations. Prior to CNS, Larry held a variety of executive positions including COO of Mobilestar and Group VP of Marketing at Electrolux. Larry has differentiated himself with a strong reputation for managing mission critical operations and frequently provides operations and management expertise in support of converged network solutions clients.

Bill has over 20 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industries managing organizations involved in selling and delivering various professional and outsourcing services solutions to numerous companies in over 50 countries. Prior to CNS, Bill has held key management positions at large multi-national companies such as Accenture, EDS, HP, and SAP; and has experience in establishing startup companies and contributing towards growth at small companies. Bill?s experience and success in leveraging technology to deliver business results to clients, serves as a foundation for delivering strategic consulting services that CNS can provide to customers.

Glenn has 20 years of corporate and intellectual property experience and has excellent domain experience in the telecommunications, computer, and software-related areas. While an associate and partner in various law firms Glenn has represented clients ranging from small entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. In addition to his technical and legal background, Glenn also holds an M.B.A. and has significant experience as both an advisor and Board member for a variety of companies.  Glenn graduated with a degree in electrical engineering from Pennsylvania State University in 1986, received his J.D. from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center, in 1994, and received his Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1998.
