Matthew Bowers Matthew has over 14 years of business and corporate development experience in the telecommunications, consulting, and investment banking arenas. Concurrently with CNS Matthew is also Chief Development Officer of Incucomm, a communications venturing and consulting firm. Prior to founding Incucomm, Matthew has held a variety of executive positions including CEO of Hurricane Consulting, a consultancy focused on the telecom and energy sectors, and Vice President of Crown Financial, an investment bank. Matthew's years working in advanced telecommunications technologies and strategic consulting enable him to lend unique and valuable business insight to clients. |

Arnie Moore Arnie is a world-class communications technologist with the capability to translate complex technology into practical business requirements. Prior to founding CNS, Arnie's 30-plus years of experience included assignments as CTO of EMEA for SBC, co-founder of SBC Labs and head of SBC's wireless data strategy. Arnie has a deep understanding of designing, integrating, deploying and managing complex technology environments making him an invaluable resource to our customers. |

Brian White Over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT markets heading sales and professional services for startup and multi-national companies. Prior to founding CNS Brian headed professional services for Marconi Wireless, an international wireless services firm. Brian has also held a variety of management positions for companies such as Motorola, General Electric, and California Microwave. Brian's deep knowledge of both wireline and wireless networks makes him uniquely positioned to assist customers in architecting solutions to solve business and technology issues. |

Larry Cain Larry has over 25 years of operations and marketing leadership. He has shown in both large and startup companies a capability to implement industry leading process driven operations. Prior to CNS, Larry held a variety of executive positions including COO of Mobilestar and Group VP of Marketing at Electrolux. Larry has differentiated himself with a strong reputation for managing mission critical operations and frequently provides operations and management expertise in support of converged network solutions clients. |

Glenn has 20 years of corporate and intellectual property experience and has excellent domain experience in the telecommunications, computer, and software-related areas. While an associate and partner in various law firms Glenn has represented clients ranging from small entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. In addition to his technical and legal background, Glenn also holds an M.B.A. and has significant experience as both an advisor and Board member for a variety of companies. Glenn graduated with a degree in electrical engineering from Pennsylvania State University in 1986, received his J.D. from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center, in 1994, and received his Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1998. |

Arvind Betrabet Arvind has worked in Telecommunication and Network Software for over 15 years holding various development, systems engineering and architect positions. As Director of Solutions Architecture, he is responsible for systems architecture, technical marketing and delivery of the company's solutions to the customers. Prior to joining CNS, Arvind was responsible for architecting the IMS/NGN application server in the Office of the CTO at Intervoice. Early on in his career, Arvind was involved in real-time embedded systems development at SuperCollider Labs, followed by TDMA/GSM/CDMA handsets at NEC and Siemens and core telecomm components at Ericsson and Spatial Wireless. His extensive experience architecting next generation converged networks, led to successful deployment of Verizon's VOIP based call centers. Arvind's strong architectural design and implementation experience is complimented by 3GPP/3GPP2/IETF knowledge and multiple IN and SIP based application development projects. He holds 1 and has filed several U.S. Patents, has a Bachelor of Engineering from Pune, India, Masters from Bucknell University and a Ph.D from Southern Methodist University all in Electrical Engineering. |
| Kelly Hartley Kelly is a program management professional with a proven track record in managing large and complex telecom and IT programs and projects. She has over seventeen years of experience in the communications and media industries ranging from Fortune 50 companies to emerging growth environments. Kelly’s experience includes planning and managing programs of a national scale. Her technology experience includes wireless, wireline, applications, switching environments, customer care and speech solutions, “next generation” VoIP and multimedia. Kelly’s prior employers included Verizon, Intervoice, MCI and NetData Corporation among others. Kelly received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University. |
